99 accord alternator tensioner pulley?
the tensioner spin is messed up. it spins and stops and spins and stops. every time it stops, it grinds the b/?elt, snapping it if prolonged.
can i adjust it? is it too tight, thats why its not spinning?? or do i have to replace the round spinning part. (how do i do that) or do i have to replace the whole assembly?(and how do i do that)

Replace the Pulley assy. The arm comes with it: Replace and also the Belt Notice the Metal dow on the inside of Arm there is a Hole so You can't mess up;
My Continental Tensioner cost 35 Dollars Belt most likely 25 Dollars
