Would a driver legally have to turn their head right and left to enter an intersection if their light is green?
Car A was preceding into the intersection on a green light and Car B rushed to beat their traffic light hitting Car A. Not sure if the law says a driver must turn their head right and left before entering the intersection on their green light.
Anyone with half a brain will look both ways even if there is unrestricted visibility and no other car in sight for miles. It is simply a good practise to get into. Never ASSUME that you will get through an intersection unscathed regardless of the law, traffic conditions or you own belief in your immortality.
As for the law - NO - if you have the right of way you do not have to look. But do you want to bet your life on a technicality? I don't !
